Under MaintainenceI have been doing some piliminary maintaince of the server. It will allow the later stages that occur on Saturday. It has been a bumpy ride but things are looking good. One of the bumps was an outage of the Infantile mail server. There are still issues keeping the shell account server offline. For the moment the 'Infantile' network is down. However Infantile mail is working again and was only down a few hours. Next to come back online will be the Infantile server for IRC and XMPP. After that the shell accounts server will be put back online. At around 1AM UTC the next task will happen for the web stack that hosts customers websites. This is expected to take over 6 hours and through that time the system will be closed to user logins. The web stack during the outage will display a placeholder for all requests. This itself however will have some outages through the six hours. Do not panic over the outages for KLOS will return soon. |
