Outbound access outage There was an issue with outbound traffic on the shared web server. It has been fixed and seems to be running nicely now. It was a problem for about six hours, but I have switched to a new proxy. This means that sites have been able to reach the outside world, and this will mean viewpvs orders have expired and such, and other problems from this. I will be keeping a better eye on this part of my system. It has been running stable for a long time, and the outage lasted longer because I was not checking it, just expecting it to work. Sorry for the trouble. Update: There will have been a few short disruptions just now, which is 06:54:00 Dec 22nd UTC.
