A researcher called David Kenny

I woke up and got to my emails and had some correspondence of interest, which I thought I would share because many will have emails like it, and some of us should speak out. I think this could be of concern and interest to people.

A researcher contacted me just for using an onion, and claims to want to interview me. Here is his email, though I have redacted some details to not be a problem for him.

Dear Kaizushi,

My name is David Kenny. I'm a lecturer based in Dublin City University in
Ireland. For my PhD, I'm researching why organisations use the 'Darknet'
and I discovered your Little Onion Server hosting services onion site. I
would like to formally interview you (via Zoom, approx 30-60 minutes) about
your decision to use an onion service for your organisation.

If you would like more information about the study, here is a link to the
information sheet:
[REDACTED GOOGLE DRIVE LINK]

I would love to talk to you. If you are interested, please let me know.

Yours sincerely,

David Kenny--

Strange that this person chooses Zoom, I had to tell them to use other methods. I could do an encrypted call using Session with a speech synth, but would forever be too lazy.

If more people are having this experience, maybe we could talk on my forum about it.
